| L LENZ RATE SHEET Revised (Feb 2010) to book talent we require 50% deposit to confirm talent. Credit cards are subject to a Credit Card fee of 3% and 4%for American Express. Talent has their OWN rate. We can work within most budgets. The rates listed are only a guide line for most talent. Any talent listing SPECIAL RATES on the web site has special requirements from higher rates to limited usage. The rates reflect the current rates and are subject to change without notice. TRADESHOW/CONVENTIONS/PROMOTIONS:All invoices must be settled at the time of service. (Each person and or booking has a minimum of 4hours) All Client MUST give a credit card to confirm Talent. NO EXCEPTIONS. GENERAL Trade show booking GUIDE LINE: Day rate is $250.00 to 400.00 plus agency fee of 20%. A DAY RATE IS ANYTHING after 4 hours with a 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks. After 8 hours Time and A Half rate applies Pro Rated. Half Day Bookings minimum $200.00 plus Agency Fee 20%Not to exceed 4 hours. After 4 hours a day rate applies. For all rehearsals not to exceed 4 hours for one half day rate and fittings half rate applies. Costuming is available. A fee is added to all costuming requirements. Shopping Rate is $20.00 per hour plus agency fee. Lingerie, bathing suits, and other type of clothing is double rate. LESS CLOTHES MORE MONEY TO THE MODEL. In a Eight (8) Hour booking Each Model must have a 15 minute break in the first 4 hours and a 30 minute lunch with an additional 15 minute break the last 4 hours. This is mandatory and a state law. NARRATORS: Each Narrator has their own rates: General guide lines, $1,000.00 per day. Travel days are one half rate. Rehearsal days not to exceed 4 hours is one half day rate. Per diem applies plus transportation air and ground plus accommodations. All large shows be aware that you will be expected to pay for parking. All parking fees are to be given to the narrator upon receipts each day. All bookings at the time of confirmation must have a 50% deposit to confirm talent. THE CLIENT CONFIRMATION MUST BE RECEIVED WITH A SIGNATURE AND CREDIT CARD information. The deposit may be in the form of cash, corporate check, and / or credit card. ALL CREDIT CARDS ARE SUBJECT TO A PROCESSING FEE. 3% processing fee is on top of the total billing for Visa, Master Card. Remaining balance of the invoice is due at the time of service. If you are paying with a corporate check we will accept that on the first day of the show. All convention billings must be settled before end of show. If you have an account in good standing with Lenz, other arrangements can be made with prior approval by the accounting office. If for any reason payment of invoice goes past 14 working days your account will be referred back to our payment Policy of payment upon time of service. ALL CREDIT CARDS MUST HAVE THE ADDRESS INCLUDING ZIP AND THE NAME, AS IT APPEARS ON THE CREDIT CARD. We are sorry we no longer accept American Express. We have added a 4% for all American express. COMMERCIALS/PRODUCTION: The rate is per spot or tag. You must declare at the time of booking if it is a limited run or a total buy. Non-speaking commercials, industrials, start at $250.00 plus 20% per Talent. Any time after 8 hours goes to time and half up to 10 hours then rate is double time. (Each talent has their own rate)Music videos depending on the artist and the talents desire to do them. Payment in full on set. Speaking commercial $350.00 + per spot . This is for one project. Adding additional commercials or cutting additional commercial out of the same days shoot is subject to an additional commercial charge. Each talent has their own rate. This is only the base rate. Some talent may require limited buys and increased rates. The agency fee of 20% is applied to all billings. Fittings Apply to Production and Trade shows. One half of talents day rate, not to exceed 4 hours. ALL RELEASES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE AGENT BEFORE TALENT IS ON SET. ALL CONTRACTS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE AGENT BEFORE TALENT IS ON SET. NO RELEASES AND CONTRACTS WILL BE SIGNED ON SET! PRINT RATES: Session fees are the models own rates that range from $100.00 an hour to $187.50 per hour with a two hour min. Plus 20% agency fee. Buys apply. Billboard usage MUST be negotiated BEFORE job. NO RELEASES WILL BE SIGNED BY TALENT ON SITE. ALL RELEASES MUST BE REVIEWED BY THE AGENT PRIOR TO THE JOB. . Editorial Rates one half of models own rate. Lingerie is more money. NO DEALS. Don't ask. We are here to be a part of your team. If for any reason you have a concern about the fit or attitude of the models you have chosen we respectfully ask that you address this IMMEDIATELY. ALL CURRENT AND PAST CLIENT MUST GIVE A CURRENT CREDIT CARD TO CONFIRM TALENT. |
